These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ClearTek website (cleartek.com.au) and any purchase or enquiry made through it. By accessing our website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
ClearTek supplies bulk screen cleaning kits, including spray solution and microfibre cloth, to business customers across Australia. Products are supplied for professional and commercial use. All product descriptions on our website are accurate to the best of our knowledge but may be subject to change.
Our products are sold in bulk quantities starting from 50 units. Pricing is provided upon enquiry and is subject to change without notice. A formal quote will be issued prior to any order being confirmed. Orders are not binding until a written confirmation has been issued by ClearTek and payment or deposit terms have been agreed.
Custom branding options (stickers or direct-to-product printing) are available at applicable order tiers. ClearTek is not responsible for errors in branding artwork supplied by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have the legal right to use any logo, trademark, or design submitted for branding purposes. ClearTek accepts no liability for intellectual property infringement arising from customer-supplied artwork.
ClearTek offers free delivery within Australia on all bulk orders. Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided at the time of order confirmation. ClearTek is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not match your confirmed order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@cleartek.com.au with details and photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. We do not accept returns for change of mind on bulk orders.
To the extent permitted by law, ClearTek's total liability to you in connection with any order or use of our products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order. ClearTek is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from use of our products.
Our screen cleaning spray is formulated for use on electronic screens and devices. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product is used appropriately and stored safely. ClearTek is not liable for damage arising from improper use, storage, or application of our products.
